Restricted edits for fields
New
- for example, restrict the change to blocked status until someone adds a description as to why he changed it, and the change would appear in the change log
- also restrict changing the assigned to the field, until he writes a description of why he's reassigning stuff to another member
Basically any field which is locked for change should have a pop up description for someone to make a change and it should be required not optional to leave empty
