It would be best if somehow documents can be integrated into the Workiom. This is similar to the list but with a different perspective and UI. This view contains

Left View (Contain Menu) | Right Side

Document 1 - HTML Document Editor
Document 2

Document 1 & Document 2 etc can be the 1st column in the database and content can be 2nd column as per Workiom terminology. It would help us to easily store documents.
