Creating document for outsource

while creating document appereance, creating spaces working as lines not working as columns, because of this situation, it is impossible to create useful documant for sub-supplier or users. Beside that can be do as importing excell format with company logo and form format. For example, we need to choose 4 or 5 columns (not for all) from excell file while importing as a document which can be send to sub supplier or user directly with excell format.
